Ambulatory transportation is provided in a standard Nissan Rogue. Passengers must be able to walk and safely enter and exit the vehicle independently or with limited assistance. Foldable walkers, canes, and other mobility aids are permitted when they fit safely in the cargo area. This vehicle is not wheelchair-accessible.

Waiting time
The first 15 minutes are included. After the first 15 minutes, waiting time is charged at $20.00 for each additional 30 minutes.
Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made less than two hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged 50% of the estimated fare. If the passenger is unavailable when the driver arrives, the minimum one-way fare will be charged.
Service limitations
Passengers must be able to transfer into and sit safely in a standard passenger seat. The driver does not lift or carry passengers and does not provide medical care or monitoring. The service cannot transport passengers who must remain in a wheelchair, require a stretcher, or need medical supervision during transportation.
All fares must be confirmed before transportation begins. Additional charges may apply for extended distances, unscheduled stops, excessive waiting time, tolls, parking, or trips outside the normal service area.
